    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loader/yard Associate to join our team in Wilmington, OH. As a Loader/yard Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Valid driver's license

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    Experience operating forklifts and other equipment

    Strong attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

    Forklift certification

    Experience with inventory management software

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities:

    Load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles

    Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments

    Maintain accurate inventory records

    Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed

    Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

    Skills:

    As a Loader/yard Associate, you will use your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods. You will also use your experience operating forklifts and other equipment to move products around the yard. Additionally, you will collaborate with our warehouse and logistics teams, using your excellent communication skills to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use inventory management software will be essential to your success in this role.
