What you'll get: • Thousands of fresh leads daily • In-house processing • Custom-built CRM to manage and track clients • Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance + 401(k) • Referral Program • High earning potential Responsibilities: • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals Qualifications: • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $90,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
