Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners to generate mortgage loan leads • Conduct financial analysis to determine loan eligibility and provide suitable loan options to clients • Collect and review necessary documentation from borrowers to ensure accuracy and completeness • Guide clients through the loan application process (explaining terms, conditions, and requirements) • Ensure smooth and timely loan closings for clients • Stay current with industry regulations and market trends to provide accurate and reliable information • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply as well • Active DRE licensing and MLO license are mandatory • Knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination processes ,and industry regulations • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in relevant software applications and mortgage loan origination systems Compensation: $100,000
