  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for sales professionals to help us become the go to money lender in Washington and Idaho. SLA Capital is a fast-growing hard and private money lending company known for helping real estate financiers close deals fast. This is a SALES first role as our back office will handle all loan processing and closing. NO NMLO License is needed for this role. Responsibilities: • Generate and convert leads for fix & flip, BRRRR, and construction loans through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries • Manage a pipeline and deals from initial contact through funding • Build relationships with real estate financiers, agents, wholesalers, and mortgage brokers • Analyze borrower needs and present suitable loan products confidently and clearly • Work closely with our underwriting and closing teams to shepherd deals through the funnel Qualifications: • 2+ years experience selling private/hard money loans (If you know the difference between ARV and LTC, you’re our kind of people) OR • 2+ years as a Real Estate professional focusing on flipping houses, wholesaling, or working as an agent focusing on Real Estate backers • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets • Strong real estate investment knowledge (especially fix & flip, BRRRR, and value-add strategies) • Great communicator, great closer, and even better follow-up • Self-starter who can build and manage their pipeline Compensation: $120,000 OTE
