APPLY NOW JOIN A TEAM THAT THINKS BIGGER and DELIVERS EXCELLENCE Responsibilities: • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision ESSENTIAL SKILLS • At least three (2) years of experience in mortgage lending • At least two (2) years of experience as a production loan partner preferred • Knowledge of mortgage loan products and types of loans. • Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Outstanding work ethic and time management skills. • Perform exceptionally well under pressure. • Possess strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage workflow PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • A bachelor's or associate degree or certification in finance, mathematics, accounting, or • another equivalent field of study. • Previous experience with Encompass, a plus • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Qualifications: • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • At least one year in the business. We are willing to train the right person with the drive to learn! Compensation: $100,000- $150,000
