Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment; experience in Brooklyn or NYC preferred.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Familiarity with sourcing local ingredients and a commitment to sustainability.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
