Offering a $2,000 Signing Bonus. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus Responsibilities: • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements • Ensure customer record systems and sales databases are maintained • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies Qualifications: • Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work • High level of integrity with a track record of showing consistency between words and action • Experience in delivering customer-centered solutions and creating long-lasting relationships • Excellent skills in communication: listening and presenting • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success • Licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance—or committed to obtaining licenses within 60 days of being hired Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses
