Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily • Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned • Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine • Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher Qualifications: • Strong work ethic • Punctual • Hospitality experience preferred • Must be eligible to work in the USA Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
