HI BAR ENERGY is looking for a dedicated individual who is self-motivated to fill our Office Administrator position and join our team i Powell, WY.
This position supports company operations by maintaining office systems, coordinating office procedures and processes. This position will work closely and will be the liaison with the corporate office in Great Falls, MT.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, support with payroll, invoicing, expense reports, and supporting needs of the other employees.
We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats to fill this important role. Experience working with a construction/Pipeline company preferred but not necessarily required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office Administrative functions
- Support payroll, invoicing, accounting duties with the corporate office
- Provide oversight and direction to employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Work with employees to ensure procedures and processes are efficient and effective
- General clerical duties to include but not limited to answering phones, routing calls, disseminating/mail and email.
- Managing spread sheets, communication coordinator and supporting field workers and their needs.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety and work closely with the safety team to ensure compliance with safety expectations
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an Office Administrator or Office Manager; preferably within the Construction/Pipeline or related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Deadline-oriented with Time Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Exceptional communication both verbally and written
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Located in a busy and open area office

Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers

• Must be able to see to read documents and computer screen for a variety of office functions
