    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Vireo Systems and pH-D Feminine Health are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our supply chain team. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and transportation management software (TMS). This role will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective logistics operations.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

    • Monitor and evaluate carrier performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms.

    • Develop and generate reports to track transportation performance, costs, and operational efficiency.

    • Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

    • Collaborate with procurement, sales, customer service, and other departments to align logistics strategies with business needs.

    • Ensure all transportation activities comply with retail and regulatory standards.

    • Manage and maintain transportation management software, ensuring it is utilized effectively across operations.

    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements related to logistics and supply chain management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
    • 3-5+ Years of experience in a Supply Chain related role.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and transportation management systems (TMS).
    • Industry experience: carrier, logistics company, or 3PL or ThirdParty Logistics is ideal
    • NetSuite is a plus
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work as part of a team.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours.
    • Walking, bending, light lifting, up to 30 lbs.
