Job Summary:

The Logistics Clerk is responsible for overseeing daily logistical operations, ensuring that products are efficiently processed, stored, and transported. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and troubleshooting any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions, using appropriate software tools.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the development of best practices for logistics processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

-Precious experience in Corridor or similar aviation related software a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
