Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling, coordination, and communication of all logistics related to our roofing projects. You will ensure that materials, equipment, and crews are efficiently organized to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Coordinate daily roofing operations, including scheduling crews, arranging material deliveries, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available on-site.
Logistics Management: Manage the logistics of material orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project managers, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory levels, and project timelines.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address any logistical issues or delays, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to keep projects on track.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all logistics operations adhere to safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Bilingual Preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or project management are a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in [Google Suits, CRMs].
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
