DJ Giancola Exports Inc. is hiring for a newly created position of "Logistics Coordinator" to work closely with the Logistics Manager.

Duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls from vendors and customers
• Must be proficient in email due to high levels of international emails to/from customers and vendors
• Sufficient knowledge of computer programs including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Background in transportation and logistics a plus
• Dispatch trucks out to factories for pick ups of equipment
• Following up with factories and providing details to customers
• Generating order files
• Must be punctual
• Work Hours are 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch.
• Full health, Dental and Vision Insurance available after just 90 days, Employer pays 40% of Health Insurance
