Azar Displays is a leading provider of high-quality display solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Paramus, NJ (in person).

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective coordination of our shipments, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations. You will play a crucial role in managing our logistics processes, working closely with our warehouse and carriers.

Responsibilities:

Book and coordinate Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) shipments.

Obtain and compare freight quotes from various carriers to secure the best rates.

Coordinate shipment details and schedules with our warehouse in Kingston, PA.

Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues promptly and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities.

Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouse staff, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a similar industry (not necessary to know our industry in order to ship trucks)

Strong knowledge of LTL and FTL shipping processes.

Proficiency in obtaining and comparing freight quotes.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work in Paramus NJ in person.
