Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator & Sourcing Technician to manage subcontractor sourcing, oversee service orders, and ensure projects are completed efficiently from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience in logistics and sourcing within the signage and graphics industry.

Pay: $40,000 to $55,000 Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Sourcing: Identify and build relationships with subcontractors for regional installations.
• Bid Solicitation: Obtain and evaluate bids for various projects.
• Service Order Management: Oversee service orders from initial contact to completion.
• Work Order Oversight: Ensure all work orders are handled seamlessly from start to finish.
• Collaboration: Assist in developing manuals for subcontractor installations.
• Shipping Logistics: Manage UPS, FedEx, and freight shipping as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spreadsheet management (Adobe and Corel experience is a plus).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with signage and graphic production processes.
• Experience working with shipping logistics, including UPS, FedEx, and freight.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
