A DAY IN THE LIFE!
Collaborate closely with account managers to efficiently book freight orders. You will utilize our transportation management system (TMS) to process orders precisely and quickly. Address customer inquiries and adapt to their evolving needs, ensuring exceptional service!

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure a precise and efficient freight booking process for our customers.
- Build and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring that all information is accurate and that additional requests are entered.
- Monitor customer feedback scorecards to identify and alert the team of successes and opportunities.
- Answer phone calls from drivers and customers, respond to inquiries or routing callers to the appropriate department/individual.
YOUR SKILLSET
- Communication: Proven experience with an exceptional ability to communicate effectively in a variety of mediums, building positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
- Time Management: The ability to manage your time effectively in an environment with firm deadlines.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortability with learning new software and entering order information promptly.
- Customer Focus: Customer-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service consistently.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least one (1) year of expeirence in a position requiring data entry (an equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience entering and processing orders or invoices.
- Previous experience with a transportation management system (TMS), McLeod experience strongly preferred.
SALARY AND SCHEDULE
- Salary: $18.00 - $22.81 per hour, decided based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
