  • Responsibilities

    OVERVIEW:

    Tracks and controls product ensure timely completion of jobs. Responsible for monitoring the accuracy of inventory.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):

    • Performs all duties in accordance with defined procedures within our ERP system

    • Performs Outside Service Scheduling (OSS) and planning

    • Handles allocation of parts to outside service jobs

    • Determines what quantities need to be processed for the shim program

    • Receives and scraps sales

    • Manages shipping scheduling and part expediting

    • Responsible for cycle counting (setting up and performing counts) at all rack locations

    • Generate and evaluate manufacturing reports in ERP system

    • Updates premium freight logs

    • Schedules outgoing and incoming OOS to vendors

    • Makes PO's for expedites, coordinates and directs drivers and tracks expedited shipments for outside vendors

    • Helps coordinates and manage yearend inventory

    • Verify job production job accuracy for completion and ERP cleanup

    • Monitors and manages PO; s for minimum production quantities

    • Validates supplier master pricing and partial PO receipts

    • Monitors schedule changes and informs productions team of demands concerns

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate's degree or four to eight years related experience preferred but not required

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Forklift certified preferred

    • Proficient aptitude in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
