Logistics Project Associate - Furniture Installation & Design Join Elite Austin, where we’re not just a team—we’re a work family that knows how to prioritize each other (and have fun while doing it)! As a local design company specializing in home staging and furniture rental, we take pride in our collaborative and lively atmosphere that values work-life balance like it’s a prized possession. Your day kicks off at 7:00 AM and wraps up by 3:30 PM, leaving the rest of your day and weekends wide open for adventures (or well-deserved Netflix binges!). Our benefits package is nothing short of fabulous, featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus generous paid time off that grows with you over the years. Enjoy additional sick leave, paid company holidays, and some bonus holiday time to boot! We’ve got a 401k plan with matching contributions, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, and even a cell phone allowance. And the cherry on top? After two years, each year you’ll earn a complimentary five-night stay at the Elite Retreat in Puerta Vallarta, complete with two round-trip plane tickets after three years! As we continue to grow and thrive, you’ll have endless opportunities to develop your skills, advance your career, and build your resume—all while making a real impact in our vibrant community. We are currently searching for a talented Logistics team member to add to our energetic and fun team. The ideal candidate has high energy, is extremely reliable, likes to keep their workspace organized, and has a positive attitude. Our ideal candidates are intelligent, innovative, and possess a problem-solving mindset. We value individuals who are seeking a fulfilling career rather than just another job. As a growing company, Elite Austin focuses on personal development that aligns with your unique skills, interests, and goals. The core function of this position involves daily installation and removal projects of inventory in homes and condos across the Austin metro area. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally, and rarely above 100 lbs. On an average day, our logistics crew assists in loading furniture onto our truck, going on a route, and pulling and inspecting furniture for the following day. Our daily routes typically include one installation and one move-out. While our truck usually accommodates two, we may assign a third team member for larger installations. Teamwork indeed makes the dream work! Box truck driving experience is a plus but not required. We are all about training and development so get ready to learn new skills as well! We are a small business, so every day is a little bit different. We always start and end our days at the warehouse. Our jobs are all over Austin and the surrounding areas, so you will be in a different part of town each day. You may be at a home on Lake Travis one day and in the penthouse at a residential tower downtown the next. We have a great team of intelligent, motivated people from very different backgrounds. Everyone brings different ideas to the table and is always willing to roll up their sleeves and help out. This collaborative effort is what makes Elite Austin a great place to work! We work hard, and we play hard! Our quarterly company events are the stuff of legend—whether it’s showing off your golf skills at TopGolf or enjoying a leisurely cruise on Lady Bird Lake, we love to connect and create unforgettable memories together!
