About the Role:
This role will report to the Senior Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting the logistics function at QualSights. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient and scalable logistics processes are in place. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Logistics Operations: Assist in day-to-day logistics operations, including the coordination of shipments, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Documentation: Help maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of logistics procedures and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that all packages, including personalized study packages, are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with logistics partners and vendors.

- Experienced: You have 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a solid understanding of logistics processes and operations.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and excel at maintaining accurate documentation and records.

- Organized: You are highly organized and can manage multiple tasks effectively.

Position Type:
This position is full-time, and all work will be performed from our Chicago office.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Market research experience is a nice-to-have but not a requirement.
- Skills: Strong organizational and process improvement skills.
