Real Thread is currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics Team!

The Logistics Specialist position forms the core operation of all things inbound at Real Thread. The receiving specialist is responsible for all incoming orders of inventory, equipment, supplies, and maintaining records of each function in our system.

Your Responsibilities:

- Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading dock.

- Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list

- Update Salesforce as products are received and added to our inventory

- Determine proper storage methods for deliveries, identification, and stock location

- Stage products in accordance with the production schedule

- Occasionally handling returns of mis-shipped or damaged merchandise

What We Need From You (Our Requirements):

- Prior receiving experience is preferred

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong sense of time organization and urgency

- Able to work independently and within a team
