Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including setting up and optimizing Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Truckload (TL) shipments.
Establish and maintain relationships with freight carriers and logistics partners.
Oversee customer portals for large grocery chains such as GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Kroger, Hy-Vee, and others to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
Manage drop shipping operations from multiple warehouses and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to meet customer requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot delays, and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare and analyze logistics reports to track performance metrics and improve service levels.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate distribution planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or similar role within a fast-paced CPG environment.
Strong understanding of LTL and Truckload shipping, customer portals, and distribution processes.
Experience working with major grocery chains (GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Kroger, Hy-Vee, etc.).
Proficiency in managing drop shipping from multiple warehouses and 3PLs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
