    A DAY IN THE LIFE!

    Be a champion for our drivers! Every day, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with our drivers and operations teams to ensure that we are successful. You will dispatch drivers, share routing information, coach drivers, problem-solve, and answer driver questions.

    YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Dispatch and support drivers by monitoring performance, pickup/delivery timelines, and rewarding drivers.
    • Encourage driver success by coaching opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with several departments to ensure open and efficient lines of communication.
    • Develop new procedural methods and increase overall productivity by reviewing current processes.
    • Review drivers' pay/miles weekly and prepare the following week's schedule.

    YOUR SKILLSET

    • The ability to succeed in dynamic environments where new information frequently adjusts priorities and deadlines.
    • Proven communication skills including conflict resolution.
    • The ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2 or 4-year degree.
    • 2+ years of experience in the transportation industry.

    SALARY AND SCHEDULE

    • Salary: $48,000 - $68,000 per year, decided based on experience.
    • Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday; Quarterly On-Call rotation.
