P4 Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Long-Term Acute Care Physical Therapist to provide PRN – As Needed coverage in Huntsville, AL. If you are passionate about providing quality care and looking for a supportive work environment, we encourage you to apply!

• Provide high-quality physical therapy to patients with complex and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their mobility and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary for optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and equipment to support long-term health.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Alabama.
• Experience in acute or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
