SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING (SEM) SPECIALIST
Longbridge is excited to be adding to our Marketing team. We are looking for a SEM Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, in addition, the SEM Specialist will be responsible for the management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies. The ultimate candidate will take their experience with digital campaign strategy across multiple platforms to increase lead generation and new customer acquisition, driving growth for the company.
The SEM Specialist will have an in-depth working knowledge of both campaign analysis and optimization utilizing best practices across various networks including Google, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook, and more. This vital role will be handling paid search strategies to drive incremental growth across our digital landscape. You will work to manage budgets including spend forecasts; manage keyword builds and audits, campaign testing promotion execution, and daily bid optimization.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support all digital lead generation efforts via SEM
- Create and manage ad campaigns on various platforms -- including Google, Bing, Facebook, and more
- Make monthly budget recommendations and maintain budgets
- Regularly review numbers and data, and make strategic bidding and budget adjustments based on performance goals
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages to be used for paid campaigns
- Work within a number of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360 and more
- Conduct frequent A/B testing of digital creative across web and social media platforms
- Display a general understanding of basic digital marketing KPIs to effectively monitor and analyze reports in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Tableau
Additional Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Basic knowledge and implementation of cutting-edge SEO tactics to improve organic web traffic and lead-flow through all company-owned WordPress sites
- Assist the digital marketing team in content creation, including: PPC ad copy, email creative, landing page content, short-form infographic videos, banner ads, etc.
- Assist internal marketing colleagues in maintaining all loan officer contact/licensing information displayed on public-facing third-party platforms
- Create new Salesforce campaigns and expertly communicate all related details to relevant team members
- Manage internal and external projects in Asana, assigning tasks to necessary team members, monitoring status, and providing updates to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager
- Route all digital marketing content through the proper internal stakeholders and legal/compliance teams to receive approval before being published
- Upload and organize all final versions of digital marketing materials on SharePoint
