Requirements

Extensive experience with implementing and managing BI platforms for business intelligence, data applications, and embedded analytics.

10+ years of experience in managing BI platforms including Power BI, Looker, Amazon Quicksight.

Extensive experience with Python programming, Shell Scripting, and PowerShell Scripting.

Have worked on various product APIs to automate Admin functions.

Extensive knowledge and experience on setting up security using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Ping Federate.

Have worked on configuring OAuth, SAML configurations for SSO implementation.

Experience in defining SDLC processes and CI/CD processes using Jenkins.

Integrating Looker with a Git repo for code commits.

Power BI Service architecture design and administration including but not limited to Azure and Power BI Administration, PBI Premium Capacity Administration, and extensive knowledge of Power BI Premium Service as a whole and how to troubleshoot and find opportunities for automation to streamline the day-to-day operations of the platform.

Experience with Looker Setup and Administration.

Experience with more than one database tool such as Snowflake, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server.

Integrating Power BI with different tools, including but not limited to Splunk, Collibra, ServiceNow.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing role where delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of success.

Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills.

Ability to lead complex projects.

Must have:

Strong Looker Admin Experience (including LookML [Looker Modeling Language], dashboard creation, and instance management)

AWS Knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift)

Experience with CI/CD Processes (for automating testing and deployment)

Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) and Change Management

Proficiency in Scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell)

Automation and Infrastructure Management Skills

Understanding of Network Firewalls and Proxies (in cloud environments)
