• Be able to do impeccable latte art.

Qualifications

An ideal candidate will:

• Have insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Have a deep sense of ownership and taking responsibility for the outcome
• Be fluid in English
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a specialty coffee barista
• Have very good latte art skills
• Have high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to make clients feel at home and welcome
• Pay close attention to detail, especially in making sure our cleanliness and visual presentation are impeccable
• Be extremely punctual and reliable
• Be comfortable in fast-paced and at times stressful situations
• Be very responsive in communicating
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lb
• Must have some technical skills and be able to troubleshoot
