    HIRING: STAFF ACCOUNTANT WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

    JOB LOCATION: STUDIO CITY

    FULL-TIME JOB, M-F 8AM-5PM, ANNUAL SALARY: $40K – $60K. 1-HOUR LUNCH BREAK WITH EXCELLENT BENEFITS. (4 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 1 DAY WORKING FROM HOME)

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT TO JOIN OUR RAPIDLY GROWING TEAM! WE LOOK FOR GOOD TECHNICAL RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 1+ years of accounting experience
    • Must have at least 1+ years experience with Appfolio and/or Yardi
    • Experience with residential/commercial property management a plus
    • Technical accounting background and research skills desired
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficient in business related software: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks.
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, with attention to details
    • Works independently as well as part of a team
    • Must live within 30 minutes driving to Studio City

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting process of operating property, construction and development reporting packages, including variance analysis
    • Support executive management with the preparation and presentation, analysis and understanding of a wide variety of ad hoc reports for numerous operating and development projects
    • Monitor payables and manage automated A/P and A/R inflow
    • Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

    PAY AND BENEFITS:

    o $40K – $60K annual salary
