    Loss Coordinator

    Busy Medford restoration company is seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate job files in the office, as well as provide Project Managers with administrative backup. This entails answering busy phones, high volume job monitoring, tracking, coordination and audit of jobs.

    Primary Roles/Responsibilities

    Answering phones/fielding calls

    Job File Coordination-daily monitoring of job file status, and clients/insurance needs

    Job File Documentation-review & validate documentation that is turned in from the field.

    Writing estimates for insurance & non-insurance jobs

    Job File Communication-internally & external with insured’s & insurance adjusters

    Job File Billing & Reporting-review & complete job file documentation for billing & job close out

    Other special Operational projects upon request

    Necessary Experience

    Minimum of 2 years business/office experience

    Must be very proficient with Microsoft Office-more specifically Excel!

    Excellent customer service, administrative, verbal and written communication skills

    Industry experience in restoration, commercial cleaning, insurance, Xactimate estimating software is a PLUS!!!

    Formal Education/Training

    High School Diploma/GED

    Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred

    This is a 9:00am-5:00pm position. However, there may be times where our business needs change based on circumstantial weather events, etc., that may require flexibility in hours.
