    ABOUT THE JOB

    Mido Lotto makes it super easy to order Lottery tickets from the comfort of your phone with our top-100 ranked mobile app with over 25,000 5-star reviews in the App Store. We're growing rapidly and are looking for a part-time hire to join our Customer Success & Fulfillment Team and help ensure that our customers have the best possible experience with our product.

    We are currently seeking applicants that are available afternoons & evenings, including weekends, to work out of our Colleyville location. This position will start at 20 hours/per week with the potential to add hours as needed in the future. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in growing their career in the tech startup space.

    We pride ourselves in delivering a safe, easy, and fun way to play the Lottery. Every ticket ordered on Mido Lotto is fulfilled at an officially licensed retailer in the state, and the integrity of the ticket fulfillment process is absolutely paramount.

    If our customers need help, whether it's funding their account or setting up a group to play with family and friends, you'll help them get back on track. You'll ask great questions, notice trending issues, write excellent bug reports, and figure out how best to describe things in simple, easy to understand steps. While some customers may start out frustrated or confused, you'll leave our customers dreaming of a life-changing Lottery win!

    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Leveraging internal tools to answer customer questions about their accounts, deposits, tickets, Lottery draws, winnings, and more
    • Processing daily Lottery orders on site at our retail location from our customers with the utmost accuracy, including the reconciliation and filing of orders
    • Collaborating with internal teams on customer questions and issue resolution related to orders
    • Participating in cross-functional projects to support business initiatives and goals

    YOU'LL NEED THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) with limited grammatical mistakes
    • Availability to work nights and weekends
    • Process oriented with high attention to detail and the ability quickly solve problems and resolve issues
    • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools used for customer correspondence
    • Experience with a variety of software applications - especially Slack and Google Workspace

    IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE…

    • 2+ years of experience providing customer service by email, phone, chat, or community forum; particularly in a high-volume ticket environment
    • Knowledge of the Lottery space and the regulations, processes and technology involved in Lottery ticket purchasing
    • Interest in joining a startup to gain experience in the mobile tech industry
    • Basic knowledge of Spanish
