LOTUS DIGITAL IS HIRING! The Digital Fulfillment Coordinator works as an integral part of the Lotus Digital team as it pertains to External Digital Campaigns. Fulfillment Coordinator usually works with the Sales Team in multiple Lotus Markets, Clients, Business Manager, and the rest of the Digital team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist Digital department with information and organization of all active accounts · Enter RFP submissions from Account Executives into Basis or VICI portals to obtain information needed to complete proposal · Complete appropriate proposal and disperse to digital sales team · Assist in fulfillment steps after launch of campaign including, container tags placement, creative process, Geo-targeting lists, conversion URLs, Google My Business and Google Analytics integration. Etc. · Some direct client interaction · In charge of collecting and assessing progress reports for clients and AE's · Other office duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Fluent in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word · Willingness to learn new processes and digital implementation as team grows · Excellent phone skills · Graphic design experience for simple size creation of digital ads is a plus · Fluent in Spanish a plus Preferred Education * • Bachelor's Degree Required Education * • High School Diploma or equivalent Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Office environment, some repetitive motion required.
