JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• RegisteredNurse with current Illinois license, BSN preferred
• CPRcertification
• Demonstratedorganization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multipletasks
• Excellentinterpersonal skills, customer service delivery skills
• Excellentexperience leading and facilitating a wide variety of diverse patient groupsrequired
• Abilityto assess needs, identify problems, explore alternatives and implementsolutions.
• Demonstratedability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with hospitalpolicy and governmental regulations.
• Knowledgeof basic computer operations and use of word processing software
• Abilityto use audio/visual equipment, telephone and other clinical equipment forpatient teaching.
• Completedpreceptor training.
