Region 6 Security is the premier electronic systems integrator in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in a range of services including A/V, EV, video surveillance, networking, wireless access points, access control, fire alarm systems, distributed antennae systems (DAS), and intrusion detection systems. The integration industry is rapidly growing and innovating, making it an exciting time to join our team.

Job Duties:

· Review and interpret project documents including drawings, blueprints, sketches, specifications, and contract language.

· Identify labor, material, and time requirements to perform work.

· Work through bid RFPs for new construction.

· Prepare detailed takeoffs, counts, and scope of work summaries.

· Aid in product research and data entry.

· Possess product knowledge including Access Control, Video Management, Intrusion Detection, Public Address, Intercom, Audio-Visual, DAS, Cell Amplification, and IP-based Network Electronics.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRMs.

· Understand CAD, Bluebeam.

· Willingness and ability to visit job sites and facility tours.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Highly organized.

· Some knowledge of commercial or industrial low voltage systems.

· Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.

· Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a driver record and background check.

Preferred Experience:

· 1-2 years of construction estimating.

· Low Voltage Project Management: 1 year (preferred).

· Low Voltage Estimating: 1 year (required).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary $85,000-$95,000

• 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
