    LockerMD (a Luxer One Value-Added Reseller) is seeking a Territory Manager in the greater Dallas area (candidate must live in market). This role reports to the Operations Manager and will work closely with both the local and corporate sales teams

    You will be responsible for service/break fix calls, proactive wellness checks, project management and training of on-site staff. You will also partner with the Area Sales Manager by visiting properties to determine optimal package solutions for that location.

    The Day to Day Responsibilities:

    Provide world class customer service and effectively communicate with all involved parties

    Perform timely maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on Luxer One systems with a goal of 99% uptime

    Perform system upgrades in your market, and ensure that the systems you support are up to date and in excellent working condition

    Respond to Luxer One service requests using the FSM (Field Service Management) tool

    Develop and manage a Wellness Check schedule for all properties

    Manage multiple projects from the planning phase all the way through installation. This includes the creation of floor plans, working with contractors, performing site prep audits, installation and training of the staff

    Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated customer service inquiries for your assigned market

    Build relationships with your clients to drive the adoption of new features and services offered in your market

    Provide customer feedback to Sales and the Product Development teams to ensure we provide customers with a product that meets their needs

    Work with our Product Development team to test out new solutions in the field

    Manage inventories of supplies needed for service and installations

    Evaluate properties for suitable locations, sizing and solutions

    Assess properties for expansions and gain referrals for other properties

    To be successful you will need:

    A passion for customer service

    A minimum of 2 years of performing field work involving maintenance, support and repair of hardware and electric components

    A mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to service

    To be self motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently

    The ability to work remotely and in a wide variety of environments including construction sites, public buildings and apartment complexes

    Exceptional analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including a professional phone presence and effective email communication

    Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills

    To effectively train others to use a product or service successfully

    Experience upgrading, re-imaging and maintaining IOS devices

    Understanding of voltages, amperage, and wiring diagrams

    TCIP/IP network troubleshooting experience

    Low voltage wiring experience including access control devices and connected systems
