We are seeking an experienced Low-Voltage Project Director to ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to align project milestones and deadlines. • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and adherence to project specifications. • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any deficiencies. • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial optimization. • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. • Communication & Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Implement safety protocols for a secure working environment. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. Provide comprehensive progress reports to stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or 5+ years of experience in a similar role. • Proven experience in project management within the construction and low-voltage industry. • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, and Audio-Visual systems. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges. • Must pass a background check, driver’s license (MVR) check, and drug test as per company policy. • A valid and clear Arizona Driver’s License is required. • Must obtain and maintain a current Arizona Alarm Agent License and any other required licenses. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible hours, overtime when needed, and travel to multiple project sites. • Construction site environments with exposure to outdoor weather conditions and potential hazards. • Extended periods of visual focus and driving may be necessary. Working Conditions: • Construction site environments with exposure to outdoor weather conditions and potential hazards.Travel to project sites is required. • Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 65 lbs.), and pushing (up to 100 lbs.).Use of protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols required. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
