LOWRY & ASSOCIATES, INC. is seeking A QUALITY ASSURANCE REVIEWER with experience in primary review of all voluntary, phone, virtual and physical premium audits conducted by Auditors for Workers Compensation and General Liability and policies. You will be verifying that each audit addresses the Lowry guidelines and state and client specific requirements as well as managing the review of Carriers work and coordinating any back up assistance needed from the Review Team, while meeting specific production requirements.
Our ideal Reviewer would possess the following qualifications:
GENERAL WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to superior service
- Strong sense of self-motivation, self-discipline, a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently are a must for consideration
- Superior organizational and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, AuSuM, Nexus, PAAS and Video conferencing are preferred
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly present to both technical and non-technical audiences; interacts tactfully and effectively in difficult situations
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
SPECIFIC WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with review of audits for quality assurance as well as 5+ years of experience and proficiency as a Premium Insurance Auditor in both Workers' Comp and General Liability audits
- Remains informed of changes and current information relative to individual Insurance Company Requirements as provided
- Working knowledge WCIRB, NCCI & ISO guidelines for classification of businesses and employees so as to meet quality standards set forth by our clients
- Experience with Nexus or Future Audit software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive knowledge of manual rules: Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, State-Specific Manuals for independent bureau states as well as California WCIRB. Designations of APA, CIPA WCIRB CompEssential Certified are not required but preferred.
- Experience with PAAS and the WCIRB web site
