Job Description
We are looking to hire a full-time in-office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Customer Service Representative at our family-owned plumbing company in Ballard. This position is integral in our scheduling process, as they will be answering the phone and communicating with customers while simultaneously monitoring the weekly and monthly schedule for our service plumbers. Occasionally they will also need to communicate with our New Construction / remodel plumbers for scheduling-based needs as well.
We are looking for a proficient communicator to fill this position with experience in dispatching. They will be joining a small team of other dispatchers, where communication between the team is as essential as communicating with the customers and our plumbers. While the primary function of this position is dispatching plumbers based on need, you will also be asked to help with other in-house needs as they come up. These are typically small tasks for our Owner and President Brian Larson, and his General Manager.
Primary focus on Customer service and dispatching in our service plumbing call center.
Will have secondary focus on assisting our project managers with all aspects of construction and remodel projects.
