Missouri Organic Recycling is a well-established and family-owned business specializing in recycling organic resources. With a commitment to quality service and a growing team, we are currently seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Lube Tech/Mechanic.
Responsibilities :
***** Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements on various vehicles and equipment such as diesel trucks, wheel loaders, and skid-steers.
***** Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine appropriate solutions.
***** Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and prevent future issues.
***** Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
***** Mechanical inclination with a strong willingness to learn.
***** Basic knowledge of diesel trucks, wheel loaders, and skid-steers.
***** Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
***** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
***** Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
