DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail - oriented person to join their team as a lubrication Tech. This position requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, a mechanical aptitude and an outstanding attitude .

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine lubrication tasks on various industrial equipment according to maintenance schedules.

Inspect equipment, Monitor , and recommend adjustments or replacements as needed based on several factors that include but not limited to oil analysis, eye test, vibration/ ultrasonic analysis and or time based factors .

Clean and maintain lubrication equipment and tools.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment .

Document maintenance activities, including lubrication schedules, quantities used, and equipment conditions.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems related lubrication .

Common Job Tasks ( not required to have upfront knowledge on all task listed )

Day to Day :

Oil Routes .

Monitoring equipment lubricant levels .

Lubricant top offs .

Time / condition based oil changes.

Monitor / clean spills and leaks .

Change oil filters .

Change / clean sight glasses .

Complete preventative Maintenance tasks.

Document , track and share all findings

Vacuum Dehydrators

Install / uninstall

Adjust settings as needed

Filtration equipment

Adjust settings

Grease

Order all necessary supplies

Monthly / QUARTERLY / AS NEEDED :

Sample collection Programs

Create / run sample

Deliver samples

Create reports

Offer Solutions

Acquire Grease programs

Track and trend the data

Special Projects

Reservoir Projects

Oil flush and fills

Requirements :

High school Diploma

Basic Math

TWIC

Proven experience

Ability to work alone

Strong attention to details

Good communication

Must lift at least 10- 75 lbs

Work in cold and heat

Willing to learn and adapt
