REGULAR PAY RATE, PLUS WEEKLY STIPEND AS WELL AS HOTEL STAY IS COVERED DURING TRAINING PERIOD. ALL POSITIONS ARE TEMP TO HIRE WITH NO MINIMUM HOURS NEEDED BEFORE BEING HIRED INTO THE COMPANY** Lucy Top is looking for a goal-oriented CSR to manage accounts for our sales team. Our company has relocated to the Las Vegas area after 13 years in California and we are looking for dynamic team members to join us.

    The Warehouse Distribution CSR is responsible for monitoring and managing all orders in the ERP system (TAPS). This includes but is not limited to, reviewing order entry, assisting with order processing, communicating order changes, generating pick tickets, and ensuring vendor compliance. This position helps to ensure accuracy and on-time processing of all orders.

    Job duties include but are not limited to:

    • Reviewing order entries
    • Update customers and sales reps of any changes
    • Review all orders in ERP system and ensure proper allocation and or tagging of the orders (conflict report)
    • Responsible for on-time pick ticket generation for all orders
    • Authorize credit cards for credit card customers
    • Manage order changes submitted by the customer and or warehouse due to out of stock product
    • Monitor and Manage chargebacks through customer portal and update chargeback log
    • Order special labels for customers if required
    • Invoice orders and provide original invoice to customers
    • Review monitoring reports daily (Orders passed cancel date, orders in picking passed cancel date, orders approaching start ship.)
    • Maintain accurate records for all orders and file original BOLs, Invoice, and Pick Tickets

    Required Skills

    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Accurate and precise attention to details
