As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Salespeople to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their specific needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their project requirements.

    Estimation: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate the quantity and type of lumber and building materials required for construction projects. Provide detailed quotes to customers in a timely manner.

    Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest products and industry trends. Be able to recommend the best materials and products for various construction projects.

    Sales: Assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Explain the features and benefits of various products and provide pricing information. Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products to the customer's satisfaction.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, warehouse staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and meet sales targets.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and sales transactions.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales within the lumber or building materials industry.

    Knowledge of lumber and building materials, including various wood species, sizes, and applications.

    Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Education:

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

    Additional education or training related to construction or sales is a plus.
