Luminator is seeking to fill our full-time Field Service Technician role to join our growing and dynamic Field Operations team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and Luminator.
The successful Field Service Technician candidate will be part of a team working to expand a strong and proven concept that has solid growth potential, with the opportunity to create substantial shareholder value. You will be responsible for conducting customer service visits, documentation, day-to-day repair, and preventative maintenancefor various transit agencies and clients. You will identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, work with manufacturers, or field personnel as necessary to procure replacement parts.

Plano is a city in the state of Texas, just north of downtown Dallas. It is a hub for many corporate headquarters and has been rated by Forbes as the safest city in 2011. Plano has two major space reserves: Arbor Hills Nature Preserve (200 acres) and Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve (800acres). Bob Woodruff Park andOak Point Park are connectedby biking trails providing an abundance of outdoor recreation for families in Plano.
