About This Role The Customer Care Specialist joining the Lumio Customer Care Team is a highly motivated individual capable of supporting our valued customers throughout their Solar Project. Lumio Customer Care Specialists act as a connection, providing a wealth of knowledge regarding product/services; while having the ability to resolve developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. This is a full time entry level position that requires weekend and night shift availability.
Overall Responsibilities
Responsible for inbound inquiries via phone and email surrounding solar equipment information, performance, or install & activation process.
Conduct outbound follow up requests via phone call, text, or email with previously missing information, or resolutions.
Become a knowledgeable expert in all aspects of the solar process, installation timelines, products, and systems maintenance.
Perform data entry of project requests, updating project database, and documentation, quickly and accurately.
Create work orders in the proper company operating systems
Call/text/email clients to confirm service work appointments.
Acts as the main point of contact for damage resolution communication, and follow up for customers.
Communicates interdepartmentally to gather all valuable information that can be provided to aid customer questions, and concerns efficiently.
Meet minimum quality, compliance, attendance, and performance expectations established by management and human resources.
Qualifications
Ability to maintain a measure of control and professionalism in a conversation
Ability to handle escalated situations requiring sensitivity and responsiveness to customer concerns
Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
1-2 Years Prior call center, inside sales, customer service experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Adaptable to a quick paced environment
Highly Self-motivated
Proactive work ethic
Bilingual while not a requirement is highly preferred
Active on-the spot problem solving, and analytical thinking
Comfortable working independently
