Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, renewals, and other requests.
• Quote & bind policy renewals and new business.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships with clients and agents.
• Stay current on carrier appetites and product availability.
• Identify customer needs and promote product solutions.
• Positively promote and represent the Lumix Insurance Agency,
• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and prospects
• Handle incoming requests, which include emails, phone calls from new and existing clients
• Preparing applications
• Marketing new and renewals risks

Skills

• Customer Service Experience (Bilingual)
• Confident, Self-Starter attitude that is comfortable working independently
• Career-minded with exceptional customer service skills
• Must be Property and Casualty Licensed or be willing to go to school and obtain P&C License
• Multi-tasking in hectic and stressful situations
• Computer Proficiency (MS Office Word & Excell)
• Typing speed 45 words per minute
• Basic 10 Key proficiency
