    THE ROLE

    Weʼre seeking a self-directed and highly organized individual to oversee our customer service interactions on our various social media channels. The Social Media Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base and influencer outreach program on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Facebook. They will develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy, and maintain good relationships with the brandʼs numerous influencers.

    An ideal candidate will have an extensive background in customer service, with very strong reading and writing skills. A working knowledge of various social media platforms is a must. Candidates must be comfortable using contact management software, as much of the job will revolve around cataloging and organizing contacts.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Perform customer service via comments and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube
    • Maintain and organize communication with regular sponsors
    • Create and fulfill product boxes for sponsors
    • Create promotional codes for influencers and track their use and efficacy
    • Search for and catalog new influencers and contacts for brand
    • Maintain a working catalog of customer photos and obtain rights clearances as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong communication skills are a must, both for customer-facing interaction and internal communications
    • Proficient with reading and writing without mistakes
    • Highly organized
    • Familiarity with operating various social networks
    • Strong computer literacy
