LSSI is growing and as a result of our growth, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist will be fully responsible for the entire payroll process for approximately 1500 employees across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who uses extreme care with their work and values accuracy and discretion. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide back up to the Director of Payroll in their absence
• Audit changes to employee information entered into the payroll system
• Process Pre-Audit, Post Audit and Committ of Biweekly Payroll
• Manage and create reports within the payroll system and train managers/employees to run and filter reports to meet their needs
• Provide timely and effective responses to payroll related employee inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
• Highly organized and analytical
• Comfortable workin gin a fast-paced environment
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ceridian experience- Dayforce preferred
