    Team Lead Responsibilities

    Our Team Lead in the Esthetician department will be a long-term role in a stable and positive work environment. Woodhouse provides high quality, results driven facial & body services in a luxury environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skincare including HydraFacial, Cryo T-Shock Therapy, Microcurrent, Facial Cupping Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and advanced medical grade chemical peels. Our Estheticians love the opportunity to build a treatment plan for our guests that may incorporate one or more of these progressive treatment options.

    Our estheticians are a critical link to create an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in skincare/ body and product knowledge will make you an important member of our leadership team.

    Our Leads will have the following qualifications:

    Dynamic take charge personality

    Extensive product ingredient knowledge

    Strong track record in retail sales performance

    What we will do together:

    Oversee the performance of the Esthetician Department

    Responsible for achieving all Esthetics Retail Sales and Retention Goals as outlined by Spa Management.

    Train, mentor, monitor and coach performance of Estheticians.

    Responsible for monitoring supply usage and ordering supplies for the Esthetician department.

    This position is a full-time position expected to work 30-35 hours weekly at the spa including one weekend day a week and an evening shift.

    Participate and complete in all offered training programs, conferences, and other opportunities for professional growth.

    Assist in planning events.

    Meet weekly with General Manager

    Meet once a quarter with Esti entire team meeting.

    Weekly correspondence to the esthetics team to review prior week performance highlights and action plan for the week ahead.

    Ensure licenses for the department is current
