Responsibilities: • Represent buyers, sellers, and renters throughout real estate transactions. • Conduct property showings, organize open houses, and perform market evaluations. • Create and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, utilizing platforms such as social media and MLS. • Negotiate contracts diligently, ensuring adherence to all legal and financial regulations. • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all parties involved in transactions. Qualifications: • Education & Licensing: High school diploma (required); valid real estate license or a strong willingness to obtain one. • Experience: Prior background in sales, negotiation, or customer service preferred. • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with MLS, real estate-specific software, and digital marketing platforms. Compensation: $98,300 - $225,000 yearly
