Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury home market, moving potential clients through the sales pipeline from qualification to closing stages. • Quickly qualify prospective customers by investigating to identify key decision makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and any other potential obstacles. • Utilize both on and off-market channels to source prime land opportunities for luxury home construction projects for discerning clients. • Actively promote the company through various social media platforms and contribute to the development of engaging social media content. • Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and other communication methods to nurture relationships, add them to the sales pipeline, and generate high-quality leads. • Maintain an up-to-date client database to ensure the sales team has access to the most current information on all prospects. • Monitor and track monthly and quarterly sales performance to guarantee the achievement of set goals. Qualifications: • To be considered for the role of Luxury Home Builder Sales & Marketing Professional in Wilmette, IL, US, a high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred. • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field. • A current U.S. driver’s license is a must, along with the ability to travel by car. • Proficiency in the sales process and CRM software is essential for this position. • Knowledge of local area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends is highly advantageous. • Strong time management, negotiation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are key attributes we are looking for. • We seek a team-focused, organized, self-starter with a commitment to service, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and meeting deadlines.
