What You'll Do • Engage & Inspire: Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their dreams and guiding them through the luxury home-building journey. • Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business, both in sales and in finding land opportunities for clients • Showcase the Brand: Help develop and execute creative marketing initiatives, including social media content, events, and community partnerships that showcase the A. Perry Homes experience. • Support Social Media Initiatives: Assist in curating and coordinating engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients, working alongside our executive marketing team. • Create Unforgettable Experiences: Assist in planning and executing events designed to engage our ideal clientele and industry professionals. • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our team to enhance the client experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey from introduction to project completion. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury home market, moving potential clients through the sales pipeline from qualification to closing stages. • Quickly qualify prospective customers by investigating to identify key decision makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and any other potential obstacles. • Utilize both on and off-market channels to source prime land opportunities for luxury home construction projects for discerning clients. • Actively promote the company through various social media platforms and contribute to the development of engaging social media content. • Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and other communication methods to nurture relationships, add them to the sales pipeline, and generate high-quality leads. • Maintain an up-to-date client database to ensure the sales team has access to the most current information on all prospects. • Monitor and track monthly and quarterly sales performance to guarantee the achievement of set goals.
