    We are growing and looking for a seasoned sales professional who shares our passion for luxury design, high-end construction, and client relationships.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Luxury Home Sales Consultant to guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives — building their dream home. This person will be the first impression of the CKC brand and play a vital role in setting expectations, educating clients, and building trust from the initial consultation through to contract signing.

    This is a client-facing role that requires emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the luxury homebuilding process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients

    • Educate clients on our design-build process, timelines, and expectations

    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers, realtors, and referral partners

    • Conduct lot walks, showroom tours and in-office consultations

    • Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

    • Guide clients through the proposal, pricing, and contract phases

    • Track and follow up on all leads through our CRM

    • Attend builder events and open houses as a brand ambassador for CKC

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of new home sales experience, preferably in custom or semi-custom homebuilding

    • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or luxury product/service environments

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits

    • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction CRMs is a plus

    • Real estate license is a bonus, but not required
